Project: "Women in Concert Music"
The project aims to promote professionalization and career development for women in the field of concert music in Brazil, through various actions carried out in the Amazon region, with national and international impact, such as concerts, discussion groups, workshops and the 1st National Ligia Amadio Competition for Women Soloists.

ZARABATANA JAZZ BAND
Authorial Big Band that blends the language of jazz with Amazonian music, under the musical direction of Ziza Padilha - its creator (compositions and arrangements) - and conducting and artistic direction of
Cibelle J. Donza , since 2010.
The group performs instrumental repertoire and original songs, featuring the performances of singer Dayse Addario.

It was developed with the aim of deepening discussions on rehearsal techniques and styles, serving as a tool to help conducting students reflect on and mature their leadership practices during orchestral rehearsals, since such procedures are not always addressed in depth during the training period of young conductors.
It is organized into 5 sessions:
1. Home - General information, objectives and research processes.
2. Videos Review - critical analysis, complete images and videos or excerpts from the essay.
3. Scores – scores of the rehearsed repertoires.
4. Reading suggestions – Main books, research and/or academic articles that served as the basis for the research, with comments.
5. Contact – contact information.
